Part one   

Accelerate the layout of industrial automation production chain

In 2021, the company increased its resource investment and accelerated the layout of the industrial automation industry chain. By optimizing the organizational structure, strengthening product research and development, and expanding externally, the company continued to expand into general automation fields such as servo systems. In the first half of the year, the company acquired 100% of the equity of Qidian Electric and 65% of the equity of Shenzhen Yiwei, and quickly introduced products such as inverters, soft starters, programmable controllers, human-machine interfaces, and IoT gateways to further improve the company's layout in the industrial automation control system business.

Launched a new generation of servo system products

The company continues to promote the development of servo systems and launches the MC2 series servo motors and EtherCAT bus servo drives using a new generation of technology platforms. The new generation of motors has adjusted its structure, with smaller speed fluctuations, torque fluctuations, smaller axial movement, less noise, lower temperature rise, more reliable performance, and smoother operation. It has been successfully tested in many industries. The RA1 and RS2 series EtherCAT bus servo drives have been put into production and sold in batches.

From March 17th to 19th, Raynen Automation appeared at the "Shanghai Munich Electronic Production Equipment Exhibition", exhibiting a variety of general automation products such as inverters and servo systems. Many new products were exhibited for the first time and attracted the attention of people from all walks of life in the industry.

Raynen Intelligent Control attended the "2021 China (Puyuan) Knitting Machinery and Sewing Exhibition"

On March 29, as a leader in the electronic control system industry, Raynen Intelligent Control was invited to attend the 2021 China (Puyuan) Knitting Machinery and Sewing Exhibition, exhibiting new generation electronic control systems for knitting equipment such as flat knitting machines, sock machines, and glove machines. The independently developed second-generation glove machine intelligent control system, self-running yarn mouth control system and fully-molded process knitting system have been praised by people from all walks of life.

Three major businesses jointly debut at the "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition"

On June 12, Raynen Technology brought new products such as textile electronic control products, sewing electronic control products, general industrial automation products, intelligent management systems, industrial Internet of Things and smart factories to the "China International Textile Machinery Exhibition and ITMA Asia Exhibition". This is the first time that the company's three major businesses of textile intelligent control, sewing intelligent control and general industrial automation have jointly participated in the exhibition, which has attracted unanimous attention from the industry.

Beineng International won the title of "Excellent Technical Support Distributor"

On November 4, the "Global High-Tech Leaders Forum - Global CEO Summit & Global Distribution and Supply Chain Leaders Summit, Global Electronic Component Distributor Excellence Award Ceremony" hosted by AspenCore, a well-known global electronic technology media group, was held in Shenzhen. Through voting by AspenCore's global analyst team and its media readers and user communities, Beineng International, the IC business distribution division of Raynen Technology, was named "Excellent Technical Support Distributor".

The Group adds another "high-tech enterprise"

In August 2021, Fujian Hairuda Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the high-tech enterprise certification and is also the third national high-tech enterprise of the group. Fujian Hairuda is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raynen Technology, implementing the initial public offering project of knitting equipment electronic control system research and development and production. At the same time, the group company also successfully passed the high-tech enterprise review and was once again recognized as a "high-tech enterprise technology".

Passed the certification of "Innovation Demonstration Technology Enterprise in Textile Industry"

On November 9, Raynen Technology passed the review of the Science and Technology Development Department of the China National Textile and Apparel Council and was recognized as an "Innovation Demonstration Technology-based Enterprise in the Textile Industry".
